Warhammer Survivors Weapon Evolutions

How Warhammer Survivors weapon evolutions work, the 75+ weapon list beginnings, and the community-reported evolution recipes to verify at launch.

🚧 Demo-era build: Warhammer Survivors launches November 10, 2026. A demo is playable now on Steam and Xbox PC — pages are seeded from demo-era sources and completed at launch.

Evolution is the build-defining mechanic: on the Steam page, weapons can be combined with power-ups and evolved into new forms — the survivors-like equivalent of a build’s final piece.

Weapons confirmed so far

The Steam page names a 75+ weapon arsenal, including:

Confirmed recipes

One recipe has been verified in preview coverage rather than community guesswork. IGN’s October 6 preview played Neave Blacktalon and confirmed her starter weapon evolves on a specific passive:

This is the shape of the whole system: a weapon plus one specific passive, not a generic “upgrade three times.” IGN specifically criticised that evolution requirements are unclear in-game — which is exactly why recipes get searched for.

Community-reported recipes (unconfirmed)

These three come from a single early Steam community report (October 7), maintained at whsurvivors.wiki. Treat them as leads, not facts — they have not been reproduced by press:

Lasgun + GauntletMeltagun

Weapons that summon companions

Some weapons are also recruiters. The Lasgun calls in Trooper Bartosz Kozlowski, and further Guardsmen join as the weapon upgrades — a second progression axis on top of evolution.

Launch week (November 10) replaces the unconfirmed table with recipes verified in the release build — pairing requirements, level thresholds, and the full evolved-weapon list.
